Sportie LA: Puttin' in FOOTWORK

This weekend was dedicated to puttin' in work for our new business venture. It's something that's been talked about for quite some time, but we never really took the effort to put it in motion. Currently, it focuses mainly on T-Shirts & outerwear, but will slowly move toward something for the ladies.
I most likely will do something in conjunction w/ this site, like have my own shopping cart for some items!

Thursday headed to LAX Radisson to meet up w/ our friend. Good luck sign, room #939.  If you have been following my blog or know me, you know #39 are my lucky numbers.

Company Photos on Friday. Wore my vintage Escada top with black slacks & black Tahari heels
Sat. I headed to Beverly Hills....
Had lunch at the famous Canters on Fairfax, then headed over to Sportie LA.

I Love Classic Kicks!

 Who didn't rock L.A Gear's in the late 80's early 90's?
I also, LOVE EVERYTHING that Tom's stand for!!

I rocked my Jordan's all Saturday w/ my B.Makowsky Purple bag.

The infamous "Urban Lights" Streetlamps
This forest of city street lights was created by artist Chris Burden. These 202 cast iron lamps once lit the streets of Los Angeles. Burden bought one at the Rose Bowl flea market, and soon collecting and restoring street lights became an obsession. Burden says that street lamps like these were symbols of a civilized and sophisticated city; safe after dark and beautiful to behold. The lights all still work, they are now powered by solar energy. They are switched on every night at dusk, until 10pm. At night, Burden says his sculpture becomes transformed into “a building with a roof of light.”

Sneak Peak at my crewneck!
Have a great Monday!!
Hope you had an awesome weekend!!
